Legal action has been launched in relation to the MOD Bicester Site A proposal. Donations to the Legal Fund will help meet the costs of specialist legal and professional advice.

On 16 September, Bicester Countryside and Communities CIC formally began the pre-action process for judicial review of the Government’s Environmental Impact Assessment screening decision.
Specialist legal action of this kind is expensive. Donations help us scrutinise the evidence, obtain professional advice and challenge decisions where there are proper grounds to do so.

Write to the Minister for Housing and Planning
One of the most effective actions you can take is to write to Matthew Pennycook MP, Minister for Housing and Planning, and explain why you believe the proposed approach is unfair and unreasonable. He remains the minister responsible for planning casework and sponsorship of the Planning Inspectorate.
