Community Fundraising
Bring Your Community Together. Raise Funds for the Campaign.
Wrong Plan Wrong Site is powered by the support of local people, and we need your help to keep our campaign moving forward.
Challenging the MOD Bicester Site A proposal requires significant funding for legal advice, professional expertise and campaign activities. We can’t raise all that money ourselves, which is why we’re inviting supporters to become community fundraisers.
Whether you can organise a small coffee morning, bring neighbours together or help sell campaign merchandise, every contribution can make a difference.
You don’t need fundraising experience. Just a willingness to help.
How Community Fundraising Works
1
Register Your Interest
Complete the short form below to let us know you’d like to help. One of our campaign team will get in touch to discuss how you might like to get involved.
2
Receive Your Fundraising Pack
We’ll provide a community fundraising pack containing useful ideas, practical guidance and campaign materials to help you get started.
Depending on your plans and what’s available, we can also supply campaign merchandise such as pin badges, bumper stickers and plush toys to help you raise funds.
3
Raise Funds Your Way
Organise a coffee morning, host a community get-together, sell campaign merchandise or come up with your own fundraising idea.
Big or small, every effort helps. We’ll work with you to find an approach that suits you.
4
Support the Campaign
Once your fundraising activity is complete, you’ll return the funds raised to the campaign using the arrangements agreed with our team.
Your efforts will help fund the work needed to challenge the proposal and keep our campaign moving forward.
Every Little Bit Helps
You don’t need to organise a major event to make a difference.
A coffee morning with friends, a small community gathering or selling a handful of campaign badges can all help generate valuable support.
Imagine what we could achieve if people across Bicester and the surrounding villages each did something small to help.
Together, we can make a much bigger impact.
