Wrong Plan. Wrong Site. is a community-led campaign challenging the proposed use of MOD Bicester Site A for large-scale asylum accommodation.

Wrong Plan. Wrong Site. is supported by Bicester Countryside and Communities C.I.C., the Community Interest Company established to provide the formal and accountable structure behind the campaign.
Funds raised for the campaign can be used to obtain specialist legal, planning and technical advice, commission independent research, support community engagement and meet other costs directly connected with the CIC’s community objectives.
As a Community Interest Company, the CIC is subject to an Asset Lock. This means its money and assets must be used for community benefit and cannot be distributed for private gain.
What happens if a legal challenge does not go ahead?
Establishing the CIC does not mean that legal action will automatically take place. Any decision to pursue a challenge will depend on the evidence available, professional legal advice, the merits of the case and the funding required.
If a legal challenge is not pursued, any remaining campaign funds will continue to be used for community benefit. They will be divided equally between:

The Hummingbird Centre
The Woodland Trust
