Wrong Plan. Wrong Site. is calling on local businesses across Bicester and the surrounding towns and villages to help raise awareness of the proposed use of MOD Bicester Site A.
We now have a fresh supply of campaign posters and leaflets ready to distribute, and we’re asking local shops, cafés, pubs, offices and other businesses to help us get them seen.
Displaying a poster in your window or making leaflets available to customers is a simple but powerful way to support the campaign and help more people understand what is being proposed.
Help us spread the word
The more people who see the campaign, understand the proposal and know where to find reliable information, the stronger our community response becomes.
If your business has a shop window, reception area, counter, noticeboard or other suitable space, we can provide a campaign poster for you to display.
We can also provide leaflets for customers, staff and visitors to take away.
If you would like a poster, some leaflets, or both, simply email:
Let us know where your business is based and what you would like, and one of our volunteers will arrange to drop them off.
A simple way to support your community
Not every business has the time to become actively involved in campaigning, but displaying a poster is an easy way to show support and help raise awareness.
Every additional shop window, counter and noticeboard gives local people another opportunity to find out what is being proposed at MOD Bicester Site A, understand the concerns surrounding it and learn how they can help.
Our campaign is working to ensure that this proposal is properly scrutinised and that the Government demonstrates, with clear evidence, that the site is suitable before it proceeds.
If you run a local business, our community needs your help.
Email [email protected] and we’ll arrange to get campaign materials to you.
